Total course fees

This will be stated on your invoice.

Deposit 

upon booking a £50 deposit is to be paid in order to secure your place on the course. This deposit is Non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by myself.

Balance  payment

The balance must be paid 24hours before the start of your first course. If The balance is not paid 24hours before the start of you course you will not be able to attend the session.

If you want to cancel your place on the course.

If you cancel within 7 days of the course start date you will be refunded the Total Cost minus the deposit. If you cancel later than 7 days of the course start date you will receive 50% refund of the Total Cost minus the deposit.

If you baby is born before/during the course

If you baby is born sooner than expected then you are in your rights for a refund as follow. If your baby is born before the start of the course you will receive a full refund. If you baby is born before you finish the course then you will be refunded pro rata for the sessions that you were not able to attend.

Course Cancellation

The Little Birth Hub reserves the right to amend or cancel any aspect of the course. In the very unlikely even of this happening you will be notified and a refund will be made in full.

The Little Birth Hub accept no responsibility for the inappropriate use of Hypnobirthing techniques or complications or harm to any third party resulting from the use of Hypnobirthing techniques as a substitute for medical advice.  Hypnobirthing is intended solely as an 'aid' to help increase the comfort of labour and birth and is not in any way a guarantee or promise of expected, imagined or actual outcome of the labour or birth in any way shape or form. 

 

Participation in Hypnobirthing classes in any part or in total by any person or third party is undertaken with the understanding by any persons or third party that no litigation or legal action whatsoever will be initiated or that no form of compensation or reimbursement or refund will be claimed or applied for at any time now or in the future against The Little Birth Hub.

 

All course material provided is for general information purposes only and should not under any circumstances be construed in any way as being particular individual medical advice or instruction.  The Little Birth Hub accept no responsibility for any of the decisions you make in regards to your pregnancy and birth. 

 

The Little Birth Hub accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury caused by taking part in any physical activity on the courses. When taking part in any physical activity on our courses, you are responsible for ensuring your space and equipment are safe to use.  If you, or your partner, feel unwell whilst attending a course you should immediately seek the advice of your Midwife, GP or other appropriate health professional.  

 

The Little Birth Hub accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage to any property arising out of or resulting from attendance at our classes.
