  • The Birth Partner- Penny Simkin

  • What’s Right For Me- Sara Wickham

  • Am I Allowed- AIMS

  • Why Induction Matters- Rachel Reed

  • Inducing Labour- Sara Wickham

  • Why Oxytocin Matters- Kerstin Uvnas Moberg

  • Why Hypnobirthing Matters - Katerina Berry

  • Why Caesarean Matters - Claire Goggin

  • Podcast- My Dad Wrote a Porno (for labour, oxytocin booster!)

  • Pack the bag together- you want to know where everything is.

  • Write the birth plans together- you’ll need to explain them.

  • Pack change, a card and get the app for parking! Who knows how you’ll have to pay on the day.its the last thing you want to be worrying about.

  • Do an antenatal course!!!!
